SILPAULIN is a multilayer cross laminated "WORLDSTAR" award winning film, which is a culmination of years of research by it's Danish inventor, Ole-Bendt Rasmussen. The cross film comprises several layers of plastic film placed criss-cross over one another and bonded by a patented cold-roll technique, like in plywood which make plywood much stronger than wood. The cross lamination gives qualities of extra toughness, together with flexibility and lightness and a host of other properties that are singular to SILPAULIN alone.
